Abstract

According to statistic studies, Taiwan will step into hyper-aged society in 2025, and the elderly will face the difficulties of moving independently because of physical degenerating. Motorized medical scooters will be the most important moving assistant. And under this situation, the safety of motorized scooters is a vital factor, especially when starting, it will cause damage to the elderly due to its rushing out. This research uses patent information and combines systematic research thinking to analysis, recorganizs the potential problems of speed controller,, take use of patent circumvention to make patent regeneration. Assist manufacturers to inspire other creative methods and help them consider investing in sustainable development of the green well-being industry to achieve human respect and energy saving and environmental friendly.
