The role of the guest editor is to see through the preliminary review process with at least 2 reviews.  Our editorial team will review the review comments and the review process and determine if additional review is needed. The full name of the Guest Editor will be listed on the editorial team page for that issue if the guest editing is successful. The guest editor's institution can be on the list if so desired. The Journal publishes quarterly. After published, the issue will be posted in the DOI system and on the SCOPUS database well before the next cycle comes.
