Once the paper passed the screening review, the Journal will provide the credit card form for the author to pay for the publication charge. Otherwise, a bank transfer account can be provided. The regular credit card charge is 3% of the payment which usually is the choice of minimum surcharge. Bank transfer charge usually is higher than credit card option depending on which bank to use. Remitting payment via Paypal is workable, however the bank surcharge is very high. Please check the remitting organization for the amount of surcharge before remitting. All surcharges are the responsibility of the payer.
