To propose a Special Issue (SI), prospective Guest Editors must submit an application online via the following link: Submit Special Issue Proposal

The application requires detailed information about the proposed topic, scope, and planned papers information. The Editor-in-Chief will review the submission and decide whether to approve or reject the proposal. Once approved, the Guest Editor will coordinate the Special Issue, including inviting contributions and managing the peer-review process. The review standards and procedures follow the same rigorous process as regular submissions. The Guest Editor is responsible for overseeing the peer review and making the final decision on each manuscript submitted to the Special Issue.
